Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia Refineries Co (SARCO) on Wednesday said its lawsuit filed against Saudi Arabian Oil Co (Saudi Aramco) has been adjourned to 10 May 2017, according to a bourse filing.
In November 2016, SARCO filed a lawsuit against the oil company and demanded that Aramco pay SAR 137.11 million.
The original dispute dates back to November 2011, when Sarco had demanded Aramco pay SAR 1.2 billion, as the former had not received its agreed upon 25% share in expansion projects of the Jeddah Refinery.
