Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian Refinery (SARCO) announced that it has filed a petition to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman to force Saudi Aramco to implement the final court ruling and pay SAR 137.1 million.
In November 2011, SARCO filed a case against Aramco to pay SAR 1.2 billion for depriving it from its 25% contribution rate in all the expansions that were made by Aramco without the Sarco's contribution.
