SASCO starts 45-day experimental operation of 2 sites

Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) started on Tuesday a 45-day experimental operation of two new sites named “SASCO Plus”, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The two sites are located on King Salman Road at the campus of King Khalid International Airport - Riyadh.

The total value of the first investment, excluding an on-site hotel, amounts to SAR 34 million, while the second totals SAR 24 million.

Both investments were financed through facilities with local banks, SASCO noted.

“The first site covers 20 thousand square metres area while the second covers 10 thousand square metres area, both contain mosques, fuel services and c-store (SASCO Palm), in addition, many local and international restaurants, coffee shops and ATM services,” the statement said.

SASCO signed an agreement with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) at King Khalid International Airport to construct and operate the two new strategic sites.
