Dubai - Mubasher: The UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) on Thursday announced that it approved the application submitted by Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), listed on Bahrain Bourse, for registration under Foreign Companies.
The SCA also approved listing the bank in the UAE securities markets, according to a statement.
Currently, there are 128 companies from different sectors listed in the UAE's financial markets including 111 local companies and 17 foreign ones, the SCA added.
The Bahraini-listed bank’s capital amounts to BHD 105 million, divided across 1.05 billion shares, with a nominal value of 10 fils each.
