Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Green Crescent Insurance Company (GCIC) said that its name has been changed to AXA Green Crescent Insurance Company, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company got the Securities and Commodities Authority’s (SCA) approval of amendments to the memorandum and articles of association.
