Cairo – Mubasher: The Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) and the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) signed a framework agreement to establish industrial complexes in Ain Sokhna (the southern part of the SCZone).
Under the deal, several joint ventures (JV) will be built, including a bus and car tyre plant, a stainless-steel sheet plant, and a fibre optic cable plant, according to a statement on Thursday.
The agreement was signed between Yehia Zaki, chairman of SCZone, and Abdel Monem El-Tarras, chairman of AOI.
