Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) invited its sukuk holders to attend their special assembly’s meeting on 3 May 2017.
The meeting will discuss the proposed amendments to its SAR 7 billion sukuk’s terms and conditions.
Earlier on Monday, the company announced completing the repayment of SAR 1.88 billion ($500 million) of its first tranche of sukuk.
The first tranche was issued on 4 April 2012 in the London Stock Exchange and is due on 3 April 2017.
