SEC to ink finance deal with 3 banks

Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) signed a seven-year finance deal worth SAR 5 billion with the Saudi National Commercial Bank (NCB), Banque Saudi Fransi and Samba Financial Group, according to a statement.

The agreement aims to finance SEC’s capital projects, the filing noted, adding that the company did not provide any collaterals.
