Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) will start the distribution of cash dividends for 2016 on 30 April.
The company will distribute dividends at SAR 0.70 per share or 7% of the nominal value, totalling SAR 547 million.
The distributions will be through the National Commercial Bank (NCB), according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The eligibility of the dividends will concern registered shareholders at the end of trades on the EGM day, which was held on 19 April.
During the fiscal year of 2016, net earnings reached SAR 2.11 billion which is 36.85% higher from SAR 1.54 billion in FY15.
