Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital said board members Abdulrahman Al Hareb and Jamal Bin Ghalita resigned, according to a bourse statement.
The company will hold its general ordinary meeting (OGM) on 19 December to elect new board members to fill the vacant seats.
SHUAA’s stock fell 4.17% to AED 1.5 by 10:50am UAE time, with a turnover of AED 3.57 million generated from the exchange of 2.41 million shares.
