Dubai – Mubasher: The general assembly of SHUAA Capital approved appointing Jassim Alseddiqi as the board director.
The assembly also elected Ahmed BinBraik and Jasim Al Alias board members to fill the vacant positions, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
