Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital confirmed the news that it will acquire a stake in Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), according to a statement.
SHUAA acquired the stake from Alimtiaz Investment Group Co., which is not related to the Dubai-listed firm.
The Dubai-listed firm purchased 14.01% stake in KHCB for BHD 9.56 million at BHD 0.065 per share.
