Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital confirmed its preliminary talks with GFH Financial Group regarding a possible merger or acquisition, according to a bourse statement.
The Dubai-based financial services firm has not reached any agreements in this regard.
SHUAA is usually seeking strategic expansion opportunities, and such discussions are regularly sought with other financial institutions when available.
