SHUAA Capital denies inking deal to acquire Kuwait’s Amwal

Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital on Tuesday stated that it has not signed any deal to acquire Kuwait’s Amwal International Investment Company.

The company will disclose any updates on the matter according to the applicable laws and regulations, SHUAA Capital said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

The Boursa Kuwait listed Amwal International Investment revealed earlier that is had received an offer from SHUAA Capital to acquire a stake ranged between 75% and 100% of the company’s shares.
