Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital’s shareholders will hold their general meeting on 30 March to discuss the balance sheet and income statement for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will endorse the appointment of Hicham Alrayes as a board director to replace and finish the term of the resigned director, coinciding with the date of the shareholder’s meeting that will be held in March 2018.
In case of incomplete quorum, the shareholders will meet on 6 April.
