Dubai – Mubasher: SHUAA Capital has appointed Fawad Tariq-Khan as a board director to fill the vacant seat, according to a statement.
In late March, SHUAA had approved the appointment of Hesham Al Rayyes, CEO of GFH Financial Group, as a board member in the company.
In mid-March, Fahed Al Jouaan had resigned from the board.
