Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Development Co.’s (SIDC) board has reappointed Bandar Al- Humaidhi as chairman, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.
In addition, the board has formed sub-committees and named the company’s representatives in subsidiaries and Capital Market Authority (CMA).
