Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) said its offer to acquire a medical supplies plant was approved, according to the company's statement to the Saudi bourse.
The company earlier submitted an offer to purchase a medical supplies plant for SAR 9.5 million.
The relevant financial impact will be calculated when and the deal is completed, the statement added.
