Dubai – Mubasher: SKAI Holding completed 40% of the construction of Viceroy Dubai Jumeirah Village, according to a statement.
The company is committed to deliver the AED 1.28 million ($348.4 million) project in the fourth quarter of 2018.
“Despite the fire that erupted at the tower in August, we got back to work faster than expected,” according to Nabil Akiki, CEO of SKAI Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of SKAI Holdings.
The 60-story tower comprises 247 hotel rooms and suites. along with 254 hotel apartments.
