Cairo – Mubasher: Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) finalised the plans of the new Heliopolis joint project, according to Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development.
SODIC and Heliopolis Company are coordinating to specify the date of the project's implementation, which is expected to take place in the second half of 2017, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
The company announced that SODIC plans to launch the project during the second quarter of 2017, according to the statement.
