Cairo – Mubasher: SODIC’s ordinary general meeting ratified Monday the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015.
The ordinary meeting also approved the annual reports of the board and auditor as well as 2015 compensation contracts.
According to the consolidated financial results, the company earned EGP 321.3 million by the end of 2015, compared to EGP 154.3 million a year earlier.
In 2014, the company posted a net profit of EGP 154 million, against a net loss of EGP 447.1 million in 2013.
