Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing stated that SODIC has appointed American – based company Sasaki to set the master plan of their joint project New Heliopolis.
SODIC plans to launch New Heliopolis project by the second half of 2017, said the bourse filling.
Earlier SODIC and Heliopolis Housing signed the co-development contract for 655 acres in New Heliopolis.
SODIC will be privilege to 69.8% of the commercial and retail revenues while Heliopolis Housing will be privilege to the remaining 30.2%.
