Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) announced the appointment of Osama Abdel Moneim Mahmoud Saleh as the non-executive chairman.
The appointment will be effective as of 1 April 2020, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
Earlier, SODIC announced receiving a resignation letter from its chairman Hani Salah Sarie El-Din.
It is noteworthy to mention that over the course of 2019, SODIC reported net profits of EGP 721.24 million, up from EGP 450.9 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
