Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) approved a cash dividend of EGP 0.55 per share for 2020.
The shareholders also approved distributing EGP 19.2 million in profit share for employees for the year ended 31 December 2020, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
In 2020, SODIC reported consolidated net profits of EGP 819.65 million, up from EGP 719.4 million in 2019.
