Cairo – Mubasher: The Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) sold 54,858 treasury shares on Tuesday, SODIC said.
The total of sold treasury shares reached 716,604 by Tuesday, while 119,896 treasury shares are still remaining in the company's hand, the developer added in a bourse statement.
Earlier, the board of directors approved selling 737,500 treasury shares within the stock’s market price limits.
On 22 March, the stock’s closing quote stood at EGP11.14, with a turnover exceeding EGP58 million after 5.3 million shares were traded.
