Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting of Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) will be held on 4 April.
The meeting will look into the financial statements, the reports of the board and auditor as well as compensation contracts for the fiscal year 2015. Moreover, it will consider authorising the board of directors to concluding compensation contracts in 2016.
The company registered a consolidated net profit of EGP213 million in 2014, compared to EGP61.5 million in 2014.
