Cairo – Mubasher: Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) expects to achieve sales of EGP 150 billion during the next ten years.
With investments of EGP 34 billion, the real estate developer’s projects in New Zayed are forecast to achieve sales of EGP 50 billion, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
Earlier, SODIC launched ‘The Estates’, debuting a series of four new projects to be launched by the real estate developer in New Zayed.
During the first half of 2019, the company logged a profit of EGP 337.9 million, down from EGP 374.09 million in H1-18.
