Cairo – Mubasher: Sixth of October for Development and Investment (SODIC) is planning to deliver 1,040 units in 2018 with total revenues of EGP 3.9 billion.
These expectations emphasised SODIC’s confidence in the Egyptian real estate market, in addition to the high credibility of the company, SODIC added in a filing to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.
The Egyptian real estate firm is also seeking to finalise new land acquisition deals this year, the company noted.
SODIC is projected to launch new projects in the North Coast and West Cairo, the company indicated.
Last February, SODIC CEO Majid Sharif said that the company’s revenues are expected to grow by 55.35% year-on-year to EGP 8.7 billion in 2018 from EGP 5.6 billion a year earlier.
