Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s property developer SODIC is putting eyes on investments worth EGP2.6 billion approximately in 2016, said the company in a bourse filing.
The projected investments will be carried out in cooperation with its subsidiaries, SODIC added, pointing out that its client base is likely to be valued at EGP4.9 billion in 2016.
Moreover, a total of 935 residential units are to be accessible during the fiscal year 2016.
The company earned EGP 321.3 million by the end of 2015, compared to EGP 154.3 million a year earlier, according to the consolidated financial results
