Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) unveiled key appointments for a new board term that will end on 2 April 2029.
SPIMACO named Khalid Abdulrahman Alqwaiz as the board’s Chairman for the next four years.
Ahmad Hamdan Aljedai was also announced as the Vice Chairman as well as the Managing Director.
The Saudi company turned profitable at SAR 31.84 million in 2024, compared to net losses valued at SAR 40.05 million in 2023.
