Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon) announced on Sunday it has signed a contract with a pharmaceutical industries company to establish a new factory in the Second Industrial City in Qassim, with investments totalling SAR 200 million.
Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) also announced on Sunday signing a 20-year leasing agreement for the land of the new project with Modon.
The land plot has a total are of 95,460 square meters. The project’s designs are currently being completed, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
