Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of the Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company decided to dismiss its chairman Fahad bin Mohamed Al Dawood citing violation of the rules.
The appointment of a new chairman will be announced, following an election to be held by the board of directors, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
Earlier, the company’s board decided to appoint Khalid Abu Hana as the company’s new CEO, replacing Hassan bin Mraizen Asiree.
