Mubasher: The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has signed an agreement with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, represented by Badir Program for Technology Incubators to offer communications and IT solutions to start-ups presented by Badir.
This new agreement aims at facilitating the two parties’ business and reduce operating costs, according to a recent statement.
STC will offer competitive prices to Saudi entrepreneurs on a selection of main telecom services, namely the Fixed line and internet services "Jood" as well as prepaid QuickNet packages, Jawal and Jawal net packages and direct connection packages.
“The agreement with Badir Program is included in the strategy of STC in supporting entrepreneurship, as the company is keen to dedicate more efforts in order to support and empower young Saudi entrepreneurs, as well as to participate in initiatives that contribute in reducing operating costs for startups,” the engineer Anef Abanomi, deputy of vice president of Enterprise Accounts at STC, said.
