Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Company (STC) on Wednesday signed a cloud service provider agreement to provide data encryption solutions with Thales Group.
The contract was signed on the sideline of GITEX Technology Week 2017 in Dubai.
This agreement follows the memorandum of understanding (MoU) which was signed between the two firms that aims to develop the business of ICT domain in the Kingdom, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The agreement will allow STC’s customers to establish strong safeguards around their sensitive data and applications, satisfying local compliance requirements, and providing greater control and flexibility.
