Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) said it has obtained the approval of Kuwait's Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to proceed with the acquisition of the remaining 74% stake in Kuwait Telecom Co. (Viva).
The offer will be sent to VIVA to be studied by its board, the Saudi operator said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
