Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Telecom (STC) on Thursday announced that it paid 30% of the total value of its new frequencies at bands; 700 and 1800 megahertz (MHz), worth SAR 752 million, on 21 August.
Last June, the company had won an auction, managed by the Saudi Communications and Technology Information Commission (CITC), to sell the frequencies, at a total value of SAR 2.5 billion ($667 million).
