Kuwait-Mubasher: Saudi Telecom (STC) released a statement on Sunday stressing it has no intention to modify the price it proposed to take over Kuwait’s Viva.
STC is moving forward with the procedures of its offer to take over the remaining stake in the Kuwaiti mobile operator, said STC’s CEO Khalid Biyari.
The proposed price, which is KWD 1 per share, was set based on a study of Viva’s future operating plans.
