Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe Co. (SVCP) said the Council of Competition has approved its offer to acquire Arabian Company for Water Pipes (AcwaPipes), according to a bourse statement posted on Monday.
The council earlier rejected SVCP’s offer to acquire AcwaPipes. However, SVCP appealed the decision.
