Dubai – Mubasher: SWEID & SWEID on Wednesday reported solid foreign sales enquiries for its first Banyan Tree residential project.
The project offers premium space at a competitive price per square foot, attracting many global investors, particularly those from Singapore, the firm revealed in a statement.
Banyan Tree Residences is slated for inauguration in the third quarter of 2019.
The mega project is joint-venture between SWEID & SWEID and Banyan Tree brand.
