Dubai – Mubasher: SWEID & SWEID on Monday announced that it has appointed Core Savills Company to serve as the lead sales agent for the Banyan Tree Residences project at Hillside Dubai.
The new project will be part of the Banyan Tree Residences collection and its first project in the Middle East, according to a company statement.
The 32-storey tower comprises one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and duplex apartments, along with three full-floor penthouses with large terraces, SWEID & SWEID revealed.
“Having now reached the fourth floor, the construction continues its fast track forward and is in line for completion next year,” said Maher Sweid, Sweid & Sweid’s managing partner.
“We are confident that the project’s location, 5-star resort style amenities, superior finishing and the broad range of layouts will appeal to a variety of potential buyers looking for truly exceptional properties,” David Godchaux, Core Savills’ CEO, commented.
