Cairo-Mubasher: Sabaa International Company for Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry said on Wednesday that it plans to amend articles No. 6 and 7 of the articles of association related to capital.
The board mandated Chairman Abdulnabi El-Beili and lawyer Mohammed Salaheddin to sign the contract of amending articles No. 6 and 7 of the articles of association before all competent authorities, the company said in a bourse statement.
The pharmaceutical producer posted a 5.37% decline in net earnings for the first nine months of 2015 to EGP 1.6 million, compared with EGP 1.7 million a year earlier.
