Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (Sadafco) said that its board recommended on 21 March to liquidate three subsidiaries after receiving the shareholders’ approval, according to the company’s statement.
The three companies are National Sight Holding Company, National Buildings Real Estate Company and United Gulfers Transport Company.
