Mubasher: Safat Global Holding Company has changed its name to become Tamkeen Holding Co., according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
The change of the company’s name will be effective starting from 14 September 2017.
It is noteworthy that Safat Global has a capital of KWD 6.68 million, distributed on 66.8 million shares.
