Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait Company said that Safat Global Holding will relist its stock on Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) starting from today, Monday.
The company will be listed under the ‘Financial Services’ sector, according to a bourse filing issued Monday.
Based on the bourse statement, the issued and paid-up capital of Safat is worth KWD 3 million distributed on 30 million shares, with a par value of 100 fils a share.
