Dubai – Mubasher: UAE-based Al Thuriah Properties said that the construction works of Sahara Tower 6 is going according to the schedule, according to a statement.
The sales of the tower units exceeded expectations, the company’s CEO Raymond Khouzami said, yet he did not unveil the sales value.
Located in Sharjah, the 3.1 million square feet project comprises 1,348 residential units, scheduled for completion in December 2019.
The new tower is expected to achieve the same success of Sahara Tower 4, Khouzami added.
Al Thuriah Properties announced last week that it completed the handover of Sahara Tower 4.
