Riyadh-Mubasher: Sahara Petrochemicals said the board proposed cash dividends for 2015 at 5% of the stock's par value, or SAR 0.5 a share, totalling SAR 219.4 million.
Shareholders of record until the close of trading on the general meeting date will be eligible for the dividends.
The meeting is expected to be held in May 2016.
