Mubasher: on Sunday launched its first daily direct flight from Muscat International Airport to Dubai International Airport with two flights a day.
“The past years have witnessed a significant increase in the number of passengers between Muscat and Dubai. In addition to being a gateway to the most prominent business, entertainment and tourism destinations in the world, Dubai International Airport is one of the region's largest, most and dynamic airports and is a major hub connecting a wide network of destinations around the world,” Oman News Agency (ONA) reported, citing Salam Air CEO Mohammed Ahmed as saying.
Salam Air’s CEO added in a press conference that the company's decision to operate daily flights from Muscat International Airport to Dubai International Airport is in response to the increasing demand for economic flights to the most popular destination,
Salam Air will continue to fly to al Maktoum International Airport until 28 October, after which all flights will be transferred to Dubai International Airport.
