Riyadh-Mubasher: Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. said it has terminated its sales agreement with Al Tazeezat Insurance Agency, the company said in a bourse statement.
The termination, effective as of 14 December, was based on Tazeezat’s request.
Salama’s sales through the agency represented around 1.3% of its total sales in 2015.
The relevant financial impact will be reflected on Q4-15 financial results.
