Dubai – Mubasher: Islamic Arab Insurance Co (Salama) postponed its shareholders’ meeting to 30 April due to a lack of quorum, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will discuss withholding dividends for fiscal year 2016.
New board members will be appointed during the shareholders’ meeting.
