Mubasher: Salhia Real Estate has signed a preliminary contract to sell an investment land plot in Kuwait City for a total value of KWD 2.55 million.
The Boursa Kuwait-listed company noted that the sale deal will generate a profit of approximately KWD 254,070 when signing the final contract, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Salhia noted that this profit will be registered in the income statements of the first quarter of 2018.
